hectic..hectic..hectic..

the phone keep ringing.. and we already cant attend to all walk-in customers.. so next time.. if your line is not answered.. please dont blame the company.. they may not want it to happen..

hmm.. what else.. oh.. haha.. i took 2days' mc after working for 1 day.. haha.. hmm.. then basically.. i do maths everyday.. calculating package price.. collection of money.. i learnt how to use nets n visa machine.. nothing fantastic though.. but quite scary when you see your sales at the end of the day hitting 4digits.. when all you do was selling coach tickets to malaysia.. haha.. funny huh..

when did singaporeans like to travel to msia? and they would spend 101 sgd on coach ticket to kl? omg.. too rich ah..

customer service.. hmm.. some customers really make your day.. while some make your day worse.. hmm.. but these are all part n parcel of customer service industry.. some are more demanding.. and even though they know alot about the destination.. they still ask.. and when you tell them the wrong thing.. you get scolding.. hahaha.. okie.. coz i m totally not interested in travelling to west msia..

i face the computer.. but.. mine only enters their system.. cannot do alot of things.. coz we're watched by surveillance cameras.. how sad.. and insufficient systems for the staffs..
